Rogue Sailor Rum

Rogue Sailor is a rum brand concept created for the value-conscious Indian consumer seeking an affordable yet high-quality spirit. The brand personifies the "rogue sailor" as a metaphor for the hardworking Indian man looking to unwind after a long day. Inspired by category leaders like Captain Morgan, the project focused on developing a bold and distinctive identity that felt authentic to its audience while standing apart on the shelf.

The design process was highly iterative, with extensive exploration in Midjourney to refine the visual direction. The final identity emerged through continuous experimentation with imagery, typography, composition, and scale, balancing character with commercial appeal. Completed as an intensive two-day sprint, the project was fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly enjoyable.
